12/05/2015: We are excited to share that our founder, Gwyn Whittaker was interviewed by Delegate Ken Plum for his Comcast Channel 28 television program, Virginia Report, discussing GreenFare's offerings and highlighting the benefits of whole plant-based nutrition. We love having opportunities like this to reach a broader audience who might otherwise be unaware of the many advantages of a whole plant diet!

1/05/2016: We are thrilled to announce the opening of GreenFare's pop-up at the Wiehle-Reston Metro Station, where we'll offer busy commuters a choice of eight delicious organic whole plant to-go meals as well as coffee and tea. We are also excited to share that our opening drew the attention of Northern Virginia Magazine, who decided to write an article about us!
1/25/2016: GreenFare's new Executive Chef, Justin Matthews is already elevating our culinary prowess in harmony with our whole plant focus. Chef Justin previously worked at L’auberge Chez Francois and as Executive Sous Chef for Donald Trump National, and he is excited to be transitioning into this new way of food preparation and bringing his expertise in creative cuisine. Chef Justin is working in collaboration with Pericles Silva, our Food for Life Instructor and Operations Manager, to create truly unique and delicious dishes that are sure to delight your tastebuds!
